You know what I'm thankful for? That I have a wonderful, healthy activity that lets me meet fantastic people like you.

Let's celebrate all that we have to be thankful for. The Thanks-to-Dance Dance Party is a rocking good time filled with family and food inspired music - 'tis the season of eatin'! And there is a bizzarrely large number of great songs that (either seriously or humorously) honor both food and family (Mas Queso anyone?).

So, what are we going to dance to all this great music? Lots of stuff. Hustle, Cha Cha, Tango, Salsa, Carolina Shag, Bachata, Swing, and ..... Quickstep. Yup - quickstep. If you're going to eat your way through the holidays, it's time to start the exercize too!

You don't need to know any Quickstep - we will teach it to you. It's what we do.Come out at the beginning of the dance for a lesson that will make this somewhat challenging dance beginner friendly. If you're new to this stuff, make sure to get there early to master the foundations.

If you feel like it, embrace the theme by bringing some food to share.

Schedule Highlights

Well. Fall is flying past. We are already planning classes and events for next spring - hints of what's to come in the schedule below! And 2023 is winding down in the process. Check out SapphireDance.com or our next newsletter for more details about all the coolness coming with 2024.

In the meantime, here's a preview of the next few weeks. I'm always working and devolping our schedule - feel free to make requests! I looove requests.

Sapphire's group classes and workshops are always small, low stress, and fun. They are a great way to meet other people who have also decided to learn to dance, as well as get to know our teaching staff. It doesn't take any long-term investment to get started, no special clothing or shoes - just something comfortable to wear and a sense of adventure. So, take the plunge and try it out.

All classes (in person or online) require registration by noon the day the class starts. We are happy to add late-comers if we can, but classes may be cancelled or rescheduled if registration is low.

Five ways to register, just choose one and we'll take care of the rest:

3 - talk to your favorite Sapphire Staff member;
